Day 4 Exemplification

      Today we didn’t have school because it’s sunday, i woke up really early and my body was really hurt. My body wants to rest so bad, but my mind wanted me to move more because i really wanted to improve my cycling. For this highlight while I’m laying down i’ll be explaining why my body hurts so bad.


     On day 3, i placed 3rd on the race and was helped by my friend. I went all out on the race, after the race i slept and didn’t even get to change my clothes. I got plenty of rest, but my body was still hurt. Why?


     My muscle pain kicked in really fast, it felt very sore and tender. There are reasons why this happens, i forced my muscles to work harder than they are used to. This is the reason why my body felt sore this day based on my further examination.


     Altho u slept for a very long time, but u didn’t stretch and shower after the work out, this can be the reason why u feel body pain the next day. By simply having a day off from exercising can decrease the chances of injury, don’t force yourself and don’t overwork your body that much.


     There are many reasons why most of us wake up with a sore body, by simply following simple procedures can help ur improve and decrease the chances of sore body the next day. Altho I didn’t manage to mention some of the reasons why our body hurt the next day, i assure you that there’s more and i’m not knowledgeable about the other reasons.
