Day 9 Persuasion

        Today is friday and we don’t have school due to the ongoing Fieldtrip, it was a sign for me to go out and ride my bike. I was feeling a lil hyped that’s why i made the crazy decision to go to tagaytay, i forced my whole body because i loved the feeling of pain whenever i ride extreme. I’ll share my personal reasons why i think you shouldn’t force yourself that much on everything.            This isn’t about cycling, it’s about our feelings. Never try to do anything that is outside of who you are.           Let’s not fake a smile, your feelings are valid and it matters to me. Day 8 Problem and Solution

        The extreme hot weather was fixed and it became very cold inside our house. I was all alone inside our house, i felt very lonely inside our house. This became the reason why i was sad and i’m not used to feeling sad. Then suddenly my past problems slowly attacked my mind.         During the day i was locked up inside my room, I didn’t have the courage to stand up and go out to distract myself. Altho it felt very lonely, that’s the only day i felt peace.         I stood up and built the courage to not be hesitant to distract myself, i motivated myself to do fun activities to distract myself from sadness. I went down and thinked of activities that may help me distract myself from the sadness i’m feeling.         Suddenly I remembered that i had a bike, i rode my bike outside with my jersey and helmet on. Day 7 Cause and Effect

       Today we are facing a very hot weather problem, 35•+ heat is a high number. Altho our aircon and electricfans we’re on and the class was suspended suddenlt, the extreme heat won the match.          The effects of the extreme heat occurred very fast as i expected. I experienced so many things altho i didn’t go out, i felt really dizzy and i was sweating really heavily due to the extreme weather condition. The intense thirst occured to me so fast, i had to drink gallons of water to satisfy my thirsty needs.         Next cause is actually a good thing. Owning a vehicle, it was very hot outside and we used our family vehicle to buy icecream. This extreme heat was literally burning us alive.         This helped us with our extreme heat problem, and also our transportation to go out to buy icecream. Day 6 Comparison and Contrast

     Today i woke up really early, i had 2 choices on what to drink for breakfast which is energen or milo. I will share the similarities and difference pf my 2 favorite drinks.     Energen is basically a cereal based drink with Vitamin A for the eyes and skin, this also has Vitamin E to protect our skin and even improve immunity. Suprisingly has calcium too that helps us keep our bones and teeth healthy.    While Milo is also nutrisious like Energen, like energen milo is made of chocolate. This also contains protein, carbohydrates, and also fats. Like Energen, milo contains Calcium, iron but not phosphorus.        I really had a hard time picking between the 2 of there beverages, due to the fact that they are both very nutritious for our body. Day 5 Classification

     Day 5 and it’s monday, today i’ll be sharing everything that happened during day 5. What i did was Take my remaining exams that I didn’t manage to take during Day 3, and cycled when i got home from school. It was a very tiring day.       I categorized them and first is Priorities, studying is one of the essential ways of passing. I didn’t manage to take my remaining test, so i studied those 3 remaining examinations. I managed to take them and actually answered most of the questions.     Second is Self improvement in sports, cycling really improved my mental and physical health. This sport gave me the confidence due to the fact that this sport helped me lose weight, i was really insecure about my weight but this helped me so much. Day 4 Exemplification

         Today we didn’t have school because it’s sunday, i woke up really early and my body was really hurt. My body wants to rest so bad, but my mind wanted me to move more because i really wanted to improve my cycling. For this highlight while I’m laying down i’ll be explaining why my body hurts so bad.      On day 3, i placed 3rd on the race and was helped by my friend. I went all out on the race, after the race i slept and didn’t even get to change my clothes. I got plenty of rest, but my body was still hurt. Why?      My muscle pain kicked in really fast, it felt very sore and tender. There are reasons why this happens, i forced my muscles to work harder than they are used to. This is the reason why my body felt sore this day based on my further examination.      Altho u slept for a very long time, but u didn’t stretch and shower after the work out, this can be the reason why u feel body pain the next day. Day 3 Definition

       Today was the start of my bicycle race, at first i was too skeptical to join due to the fact that i slowly lost confidence. I build myself up and hyped myself up then forced myself to join the contest because I practiced for this moment, altho i still had exams it was a dumb decision not to ask for my teacher / principal’s permission to participate and represent TPI.      Bicycle races is a very tiring yet fun sport. Before we enter this type of sport we need to be mentally and physically ready for every ups and downs and also in every obstacle course, plenty of exercise is needed so our body and mind is physically and mentally ready for the tiring sport.          Riding a Bicycle for hours and even for a short period amount of time helps us lose weight, this can also help us with our heart. Bicycle enhances our cardiovascular strength, this also enhances our leg strength and suprisingly our upper muscles and strength....
