Day 3 Definition
Today was the start of my bicycle race, at first i was too skeptical to join due to the fact that i slowly lost confidence. I build myself up and hyped myself up then forced myself to join the contest because I practiced for this moment, altho i still had exams it was a dumb decision not to ask for my teacher / principal’s permission to participate and represent TPI.
Bicycle races is a very tiring yet fun sport. Before we enter this type of sport we need to be mentally and physically ready for every ups and downs and also in every obstacle course, plenty of exercise is needed so our body and mind is physically and mentally ready for the tiring sport.
Riding a Bicycle for hours and even for a short period amount of time helps us lose weight, this can also help us with our heart. Bicycle enhances our cardiovascular strength, this also enhances our leg strength and suprisingly our upper muscles and strength.
Bicycle does not only help us with our physical strength, but also with our mental health. For me cycling helps me clear my mind, bicycle helps us explore more outside. With my bicycle, it helps me explore the outside world.
Bicycle is a very cool sport, it’s very unique because this sport helps us explore more outside. Bicycle not only helps us with exercising, this also helps us see the true world. Most of the people can agree that cycling is really fun and cool!!.
